When do we use end user information from third parties?

The Company will collect End User Data necessary to provide the Services to our customers. End users may voluntarily provide us with information they have made available on social media websites. If you provide us with any such information, we may collect publicly available information from the social media websites you have indicated. You can control how much of your information social media websites make public by visiting these websites and changing your privacy settings.

When do we use customer information from third parties?

We receive some information from the third parties when you contact us. For example, when you submit your email address to us to show interest in becoming a customer of the Company, we receive information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services to the Company. We also occasionally collect information that is made publicly available on social media websites. You can control how much of your information social media websites make public by visiting these websites and changing your privacy settings.

Do we share the information we collect with third parties?

We may share the information that we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you. We may also share it with our current and future affiliated companies and business partners, and if we are involved in a merger, asset sale or other business reorganization, we may also share or transfer your personal and non-personal information to our successors-in-interest.

We may engage trusted third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the website, database storage and management, e-mail management, storage marketing, credit card processing, customer service and fulfilling orders for products and services you may purchase through the website. We will likely share your personal information, and possibly some non-personal information, with these third parties to enable them to perform these services for us and for you.

We may share portions of our log file data, including IP addresses, for analytics purposes with third parties such as web analytics partners, application developers, and ad networks. We may also disclose personal and non-personal information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in order to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect our rights and interests or those of a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules and regulations.

Where and when is information collected from customers and end users?

The Company will collect personal information that you submit to us. We may also receive personal information about you from third parties as described above.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To process transactions
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
  • To send periodic emails

Email communications

We use your email address for account administration, service updates, support, and transaction communications. Marketing emails and advertising uses of your email address are subject to your choices and any consent required by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting the relevant support team. This does not stop essential account, security, billing, or service communications.

Retention and permanent deletion

While your subscription is active, we retain the customer data needed to provide the Services. If you cancel your subscription, the retention period begins when your paid access ends, not when you submit the cancellation request.

We retain the data associated with that subscription, including reports and uploaded content, for 15 calendar days after paid access ends. At the end of that period, we permanently delete that data from our active systems and backups. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.

This schedule applies separately to the cancelled subscription under Auditzy™ or InApp Redirect™. Cancelling one subscription does not trigger deletion of data associated with another active subscription.

Billing, tax, or other records that we are legally required to retain are kept only for the required purpose and period. This limited legal retention does not extend the retention of your reports or uploaded content unless retention of that specific information is required by law.

Information unrelated to a paid subscription, such as an enquiry sent before you become a customer, is retained only for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal requirements. You may contact the relevant support team to request deletion.

How do we protect your information?

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our security obligations remain subject to applicable law.

International processing and transfers

The Company is incorporated in India. Processing locations may depend on the service providers used for the relevant Service. This Policy does not represent that all personal information is stored only in India.

Any transfer of personal information outside India is subject to applicable Indian law, including restrictions and requirements in force for the relevant data and processing. Where another applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements also apply. Use of the Services is not blanket consent to unrestricted international transfers.

Contact the relevant support team for information about processing locations and transfer arrangements for the Service you use.

Is information collected through the Services secure?

We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may contact the relevant support team to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to change your privacy preferences. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any lawful retention requirements.

To protect your account, we may ask you to sign in again through the official application or complete another secure verification step. Do not send your password, one-time passcodes, or recovery codes by email or share them with support. We will not ask you to disclose them to us.

If we process your information on behalf of a business customer, please contact that business first. We will assist it with your request as required by our agreement and applicable law. Requesting deletion of information and cancelling a paid subscription are separate actions.

Personnel

If you are a Company worker or applicant, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us. We use the information collected for Human Resources purposes in order to administer benefits to workers and screen applicants.

You may contact us in order to (1) update or correct your information, (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) receive a record of the information we have relating to you. Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will have no effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change or deletion.

Sale of Business

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company or any of its Corporate Affiliates (as defined herein), or that portion of the Company or any of its Corporate Affiliates to which the Service relates, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Affiliates

We may disclose information (including personal information) about you to our Corporate Affiliates. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Corporate Affiliate" means any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information relating to you that we provide to our Corporate Affiliates will be treated by those Corporate Affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law. Contractual disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use. Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising mandatory privacy rights or contacting a competent regulator, statutory authority, or court.

Where processing requires your consent, we will explain the relevant purpose and request a clear affirmative choice. Merely visiting a website, registering an account, or accepting general terms does not replace a separate consent required by law.

You may withdraw consent through the controls provided for the relevant processing, or by contacting the support address for the brand you use. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If information is necessary to provide a requested feature, withdrawal may prevent us from continuing that feature; we will explain the effect of the withdrawal. Processing required or otherwise permitted by law may continue.
